I was Having care from This company for a short while And being the first time I ever had to have Carers. They gave me such an awful experience. Very unprofessional, I was having Morning calls some as late as 2pm. Only one of the carers I had was actually friendly and could understand me, the others couldn’t understand my English very Well. I was meant to have an hour Domestic call a week I only had this twice and both times they spent only 10 minutes hardly nothing was done.
I never got a Folder Neither did I even have a book with Their telephone or contact details on. When my Family Called to complain they had to search Google for a contact number.
I have Now gone over to another Care company and the quality of care I am now getting is 100% amazing.
I wouldn’t recommend Lanh to anyone.

We were highly recommended to Lanh by a friend. lv got to say they have all been fantastic, with my Dad. He enjoys the girls coming in the morning, plus it’s always one of his regular two. If you or your relatives need care, these are the carers you should go for.
