Absolutely diabolical and totally unprofessional. This was supposed to be their first delivery - which they did not manage. I have requested to come off their delivery list and just collect my medication. The 'service' (or total lack of as the medication was NOT delivered) was shocking from the first initial call received from them. They attempted to deliver initially on the wrong day (not the day that was agreed) when I was at work. Their phone manner and attitude stink (when they actually answer the phone) if you ring them and do get through their attitude is appalling, then get left on hold for 9 mins with no info/update. Don't take any notice of the confirmation texts of delivery times as Im still waiting 10 hours later of THEIR given time slot - I lost all faith of delivery hours ago, and was proved right as it has not been delivered today. So thanks Healthnet I've lost a full day, I had lots to do. They are 28 miles away so their own delivery time window that they give of 2 hours should more than suffice. I could of driven from Lands End to John O'Groats by now even in a 3 cylinder pot. I dont ever want to rely on this shambolic "service'. What a joke. This is medication. I do hope you dont have to deliver life saving/dependency medicines to people, this would be frightening. This is not just some shoes from ebay. Hospitals have outsourced and are paying for this "service" really very, very poor - for the customer. I suspect very fruitful and rewarding for the people that run this. Seems like absolute chaos with much needed improvements and training. No communication from them at all apart from the first text regards the delivery that didn't materialise. Dont promise what you can't fulfil.

Absolutely appalling and terribly unorganised company.
I randomly received an email from them telling me to "book an appointment for my nurse visit". I actually thought it was a hoax at first as there was no welcome email or explanation as to what was happening. After googling the company and calling them I realised what it was.
Their organisation skills are appalling. They will only send out a time slot for appointments on a Friday afternoon. Last week I received an appointment through at 21:30 on a Friday night for a delivery on Saturday morning at 10.00. I've told them time and time again I work full time and I cannot wait around until Friday night to receive an appointment and expect my work to just give me time off on the Monday morning. For my latest appointment I specifically told them not to make it before 3 as I was working, they instead made it for 11am! I called up and cancelled it and the nurse still arrived at my house. I have managed to have 1 appointment in 3 months due to their un organisational skills. I have requested through the hospital that I do not continue having my injections through this company as they are just far too unorganised and cause too much stress.

My husband has had his delivery of his multiple sclerosis pills transferred to this company who have failed to show yesterday and today, he is supposed to have a 2 week buffer of pills in case of emergency, but due to failure to deliver on several promised occasions we no longer have that. We spoke to a person at the call centre yesterday who assured us husbands medication would be delivered today we have been in all day, and no delivery. And no medication left at all. Its not open till Monday now, This is really not acceptable

Still waiting for 1st delivery 5 weeks after 1st prescription issued. Contradictory delivery messages. 3 telephone calls from staff who are totally incompetent who blame their IT system calling it bizarre!!! One of the worst companies I have ever known or dealt with

The fact I have to give 1 star is laughable.
Can someone please tell what is the point of having a delivery slot if they just don’t turn up at all
Don’t text us at 2am telling us you’re going to be there!
Impossible to call them it’s like they are all sat by the phone saying you get it…no you get it…no you get it

Just the worst. Sending out fertility medication they know has too short a shelf life to be used in time. Really scummy company, they’ve caused untold amounts of stress. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Truly despise them, won’t ever use again. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere for fertility medication, these guys just do not care. They only want your money.

I asked for my unique identifier login several days ago and still haven't got it. My medication was suppose to be delivered yesterday and no one ever came around. You have to continuously chase them about these sort of things, because they will never initiate a call to see whether you got it. Customer service over the phone has been questionable as well. Someone who seemed to have a severe stammer was serving me and I was not sure if this was a joke or not.

Only given 1 star because it will not allow me to put zero star which is what they actually disserve. They failed to inform me that the didn't receive my prescription. Having had this resolved in the 7th of May by my GP they have still failed to deliver my injections. I have gone 3 weeks now without my injections. When you try and call you are just left ringing for well over 20 minutes. My GP said it took him 25. If you leave a message for them to call you back it will be ignored.
This has to be the worse customer service interface around and for this industry it is absolutely shocking.
