A place of calm, even walking into reception is a de-stressing experience in itself. Used several services which have all been excellent. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend Meadows highly enough.

I had low back pain and stiffness.
Ben was easy to talk to and very professional.
Two visits and seems to have rectified the problems.
Would highly recommend.

I use the foot health clinic run by Karen.
Although I have only been using it for few months after my usual podiatry service was temporarily unavailable to me
I find the service provided very good and professional.
I dont have very serious feet problems but what I do have I cant
deal with easily myself
At the end of a session my feet feel so much better and ready to go another 6 weeks.
I also have especial thanks to her for spotting a potential problem with my right leg and she strongly advised me to consult my doctor asap. Which I did and am now having treatment for the problem. So thanks very much greatly appreciated.

I’ve been having aromatherapy massages with Diane Chandler for a year now. First and foremost, they are fantastic - deeply relaxing and detoxing. I’ve not had a cold or illness since going. It’s also a great way to check-in with yourself - I’m much better at listening to my body and taking time out for myself now. I can’t rate Diane’s massages highly enough!

I had been struggling with neck and shoulder problems for a long time.
After a visit to see Ben and then a massage with Ian I feel much better.
My plan is to make regular visits to keep everything loose.
I will not hesitate to recommend Meadows Wellbeing to everyone. A great service and nice people.

I have several health issues which means I am in considerable pain all the time and my walking is limited. I visited Janet for acupuncture for the first time 5 weeks ago and have seen her weekly since in the hope she could make me more comfortable for an upcoming holiday. As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable with her and I cannot praise her enough, she is a lovely lady who is very knowledgable and has helped to get me to a place I didn’t think was possible so quickly. I would highly recommend her and acupuncture to anyone suffering with long term pain and ailments.
Thank you Jan so much, looking forward to my next sessions after my holiday!

I’ve been having treatment with Ian (massage therapy) for a couple of weeks after an acute period of neck pain. It’s been life improving! Ian is very knowledgeable and professional and has magical powers! I am a work in progress and will be continuing treatment for a while yet, but I can’t recommend highly enough.
The facilities are clean, inviting, modern and spacious and the temperature is always just right. Meadows is a real asset to the village.

I have been going to Meadows Wellbeing for some months now.
I have seen both Jon and Emma for a variety of different health and sports related problems.
I am so pleased with the treatment all round but in particular I can now play badminton with out wearing knee straps which is wonderful.
Both Jon and Emma are so friendly, welcoming and interested not only in my health problems but also my wellbeing generally.
Even though I have seen a great improvement I will continue to see them both as it has been so beneficial for me
I have had a aroma therapy massage with Diane which was enjoyable and relaxing. I have also had a session with Daisy and talked with her about diet and conditioning training both extremely nice ladies.
I hope to try some of the other treatments in time.
You can be sure of a friendly smile and greeting from the reception staff.
There is so much going on in Meadows Wellbeing I definitely recommend a visit for health or relaxation
