I just cannot fault their service. They are exceptional for my 2 children - text messages with the GP at 7:30 in the morning to provide medicine. Regular (unprompted) follow ups to check they are improving and appointments within 2 hours of submitting a request. They are just exceptional and we are so lucky to have them in the area.

This surgery is by far the best I've seen since moving to the UK 15 years ago. The staff are all great and they make a plan to see you when you need. When my children are sick, they get seen the same day and I trust the doctors' judgement at this practice. The organisation is great, and the turnaround time for prescriptions and referral letters is good too.

We have moved into this area a year ago after leaving Berkshire where the service we received from our doctors surgery was appalling. Signing up with Fort House surgery was the best decision we made. We can not fault the service we receive here and their efficiency is admirable. Keep up the good work.

I recommend this surgery 100%...always respond quickly and the quickest blood test I had in my life! I have found a great doctor at this surgery who seems to actually care about my poor mental health and has always advised of the options and given me good advice. Thank you Fort House.

I have moved a lot and been to a lot of practises but fort house is the best. The gps, nurses and receptionists are great. They are all understanding and helpful. Medical problems are dealt with quickly and mental health issues are taken seriously and with care. Thank you so much to everyone there.

The GPS are wonderful if you can get through the burocrsocy of trying to book a face to face for an ongoing issue. A phone call with that same gp working on your case a month later is unacceptable. So much can change in a month. Bring back the old booking system for people with developing issues please

I love this surgery - I moved into the area about 18 months ago, and have thankfully only needed to go on two occasions. Their online form is so helpful, within 2 hours of filling out this morning, I had heard back from the dr via text and got a blood test booked in for next week.

The online portal is easy to use and makes it so much easier to work around my work schedule. They are also accommodating to individuals who want to call up which you can do so, or just turn up and walk in to get assistance from reception.
