Outstanding from the moment I stepped through the doors for my first appointment to being discharged after ACL reconstruction. Every member of staff was kind and the level of care was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Having recently had a knee replacement under Mr Bailey I can not praise him and the serum road hospital enough, from the reception staff to the ward nurses, & catering etc, everyone has been so helpful , polite, caring.
The physio dept has both encouraged and supported me back on the road to recovery with empathy, useful information , and an extensive exercise routine, which has helped enormously.

Mr Bailey, his anaesthetist, and his team could not have given me a better experience.Chestnut Ward staff were special and I particularly want to mention nurses Emma and Myrna who looked after me like their own, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much. Waiter, physios, all great. I cannot speak too highly of the whole experience I had whilst at Sarum Rd hospital for a knee replacement.

Wonderful place with wonderful people doing jobs they love. The whole Positive vibe of Sarum road comes across massively with everyone who works there. I have been in for knee replacement and have to say Chris Bailey my surgeon is a credit to Circle Health Group. All of the Sarum Road staff make you feel so at ease and welcome. Big thankyou’s also to my excellent anaesthetist Arthur who did a superb job and the fantastic personal efforts from Bebe, Adele and Patrick the porter. Great job Sarum Road, wholeheartedly recommend.

Was made to feel safe and reassured on the process of the surgery and kept me informed throughout the day. Room facilities was good, Aftercare was great for recovery with the refreshments when you have been (nil by mouth) for close to 12hrs. Would highly recommend Sarum Road Hospital.

I had surgery with Dr. Wilson, and I cannot express enough how amazing the entire experience was. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and professionalism.

Every single member of the staff was excellent at their job, and it would be unfair to single out just one person because they were all outstanding in their roles. I was quite anxious about the procedure, but the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and reassured throughout.

From the very first touchpoint with the hospital, when they were organising the appointment, to the first consultation, then the pre-surgery check, and the actual surgery everything was swift and easy. The entire process felt seamless and well-organized.

I was very grateful to be in the hands of such an experienced and professional team. Dr. Wilson’s expertise and the entire team’s care gave me so much confidence, and I truly felt I was in the best hands.

I left the hospital feeling incredibly happy with the service I received. Thank you to everyone for making what could have been a stressful experience so smooth and pleasant.
