The new way prescriptions are sorted and found at the practice is a major improvement on what seemed a very random if not somewhat chaotic old system that many waiting in the queue looked on. My experience of collecting a recent prescription was very good.
More importantly I think that the way patients are asked to complete an e-consult is very efficient.
You can take a few moments to upload your medical problem and the response I received was both efficient and effective. I didn’t need to leave the house to get a reasonably simple issue sorted. Why would I have preferred to visit the practice, wait in a queue to get the same treatment response.
I hope more will use this service to free up in-person consultation time for a/ those that really need it and b/ circumstances that need a physical examination.
Hopefully the amount of relatively simple consultations done this way can help all.

I would not use this surgery if you paid me. Their motto is "what is best for the surgery" when it should be what is in the best interests of patients. It is easier to have tea with Lord Lucan than to speak to your doctor. Receptionists and admin staff were obviously trained at the Herman Goerring Charm School. Small dispensary apparently cannot cope. Reminds me of the Joy Lycett gag where the cafe cannot boil an egg because they are struggling to cope...

I called up after having a bad experience with Laryngitis and needed help after a sleepless night. Dr C Jackman had a lovely calm professional manner and explored all ways to help me and listened to me too

Whilst pregnant throughout the pandemic I've felt 100% supported by the medical practice. The reception team are polite, friendly and always go out of their way to help. I've found the doctors to be compassionate and attentive. I have not struggled to get in contact with the surgery despite how busy and likely overworked they have been throughout the last year. I cannot praise this medical practice enough. Thank you.

Rang up as had run out of my medication to be told I had put a repeat in yesterday and it takes 3 days. So I said I didn’t realise I’d run out until I checked cabinet and I need it asap sorry will have to find where the prescription is
