Absolutely incredible. From being in one of the darkest places in my life, trauma overtaking my life and impacting me to a point that I didn’t want to fight anymore I spent hours researching the help I needed and the only answer was privately. I discovered the kernow clinic and Adrian is absolutely incredible. I had 2 hours of EMDR and I am like a new person, I feel okay, I actually can tell people I am okay because I’m now healing from the cptsd I’d been dealing with for so many years. The fears I had, are gone, the nightmares are gone, flashbacks are gone. Everything daily that was destroying me is gone all because of 2 hours of EMDR therapy! I spent 10 years being wrongly diagnosed with no professionals listening to me and I was finally properly diagnosed in April 2022, it’s taken till March 2023 and I still am awaiting nhs help I should have received which I now don’t need and have removed myself from the list because Adrian has given me the therapy which has given me my quality of life back. I am eternally grateful for what you have done Adrian, thank you for saving me, I will never stop talking about you and what this therapy had done for me. A real life superhero!
