I cannot say enough good things about Silu! I’d been really unhappy with some facial asymmetry and I decided to book a course of 12 facial sculpture treatments with Jane. I didn’t want any invasive treatments so thought this would be a good starting point. It’s the most incredible treatment and my personal favourite part is the facial reflexology. I am absolutely blown away by the difference these treatments have made and I now have monthly maintenance treatments. Jane is brilliant - literally a facial magician! Not only is she super friendly and welcoming, but she is so well informed about her work. I cannot recommend this treatment enough!

@siluwellness - I had a fantastic experience at Silu. The premises are beautiful, the staff & management team were very welcoming on entering reception and, in addition to the fitness options available, the range of wellness treatments is extensive and broad.

Steph, the lady who did both of my treatments was a lovely mix of being professional and warm, explained the procedures to me throughout and got me feeling comfortable and relaxed straight away.

I will definitely return for another treatment x

I love this place, it’s such a hidden gem! from day one, all the staff will make it feel so personal to you, very welcoming and always greet you with a smile! They have everything covered whether it’s a relaxing or an intense workout, plenty to choose from! It has such a unique yoga/wellbeing room, it just makes it even more so enjoyable, loving the hot yoga! I always look forward to my next class!

Absolutely lovely team at Silu Wellness
I have had a couple of treatments with Steph now for Colonic Hydrotherapy and it’s fantastic. I first went because I felt very bloated and uncomfortable this treatment is so kind and comfortable on my body and has made so much difference, my stomach is much flatter and I have lost weight also. I already rebooked in for next session I can not what.
Thank you Steph your very kind and made me feel so at ease. From the minute i walked in the front door to when I leave I felt very welcomed by the kindness of all the staff.

Had my first appointment at Silu with Bianca, I usually feel nervous in new surroundings but it turned out to be a very good experience. Bianca was calming, ran me through step by step of the process. I came out the end of it feeling alot less stressed, slightly more grounded and I feel like I've gotten some of my energy back from the past few months. Highly recommend and would 100% book again for either the same or other treatments.

I love this place, there is always a warm welcome and a smile on everyone’s face. A great range of classes to cover all abilities and preferences.
The wellness studio is beautiful, it is truly a happy place for me even after a really tough hot yoga practice.
There’s also a wide range of treatments available with friendly, knowledgeable, professional practitioners.
I found the other members of the studio really friendly and welcoming when I joined, which hasn’t always been my experience at other gyms.
Highly recommend this place for both wellness and fitness.

I've been attending Bianca's meditation classes for a few months now and they are one of the highlights of my week. The sessions are relaxing and just what I need.

I've also had Reiki and a crystal energy clearing session again with Bianca and was made to feel at ease throughout the whole process. Everything was explained before the sessions started and Bianca took the time at the end of the sessions to ask how I felt and what felt different. She really gets to know you as a person and what your goals are.
