Gross incompetence and lack of care for the people in the home. Friend was not read their rights and given no paperwork to confirm understanding. Multiple breaches of human rights and neglect for care under the guise of helping. Drugged for trying to get fresh air. Appeal process has been pushed back significantly and contact with solicitors has been limited and restricted, which is again, a breach of rights.

Here is an amazing place with amazing professionals. Too many to name them all however a special thank you to Dr Viladova, Linda, Nicky, Aaron, Sibi, Joy....As I said, too many to name. They are here because they want to be here, engaging in a meaningful job, and goodness me, do they do this with elegance. Thank you for being there for me when I needed help. How can I thank you?
