We’ve just moved into the area and we’re really pleased to have found this practice. I’ve unfortunately had to contact them a few times since moving in, and on each occasion they’ve been kind, extremely efficient and helpful. Such an improvement on our last 2 GP practices. They have a very active Patient Participation Group which also raises funds for the surgery. Although this is a national requirement, the PPG’s at our previous surgeries were not active at all - to the extent that we didn’t even know they existed!

Thank you Radbrook Green Surgery - you are a shining example of how a GP practice should be run.

I have been a patient of Radbrook Green Surgery for two years.
I have found all staff co-operative and friendly.
If necessary, I have been seen by a Dr if I feel my symptoms are urgent.
If I need medical support outside of G.P. hours, I phone 111. There is always a Nurse Clinician or Dr to speak to.

As always , very professional and helpful appointment with Dr Durrell. Also Jade? Health Care assistant, was very pleasant and chatty. Difficult times for NHS workers, so very reassuring that health professionals still are doing their job well. It’s very much appreciated.

Never had an issue in the last 5 years, this year had very rude receptionist, one to the point of having a panic attack. I understand stressful jobs but when individuals are going to the doctors for mental health issues or other sensitive topic being greeted rudely and with no understanding is very off putting. I know a lot is out of their control but I believe some kindness is a reasonable amount to ask.
