We are so lucky to have Dorrington surgery. I have heard such bad reviews of doctor's surgeries recently. I rang my surgery this morning at 9.15am , a doctor rang me back at 10.30ish and after a consultation I collected my antibiotics at 11.30am.
Thank you to all the office staff and clinical staff.

I had a very bad chesty cough, which kept me awake at night. I did a E-consult on line with the practice. Within 24 hours,I had spoken to a nurse practitioner. After a course of antibiotics. I was much better. Thank you very much for your help and patience in getting me well again. The staff work extremely hard in trying times. So please be patient and polite to these guys. Thank you ?

Called on the 28th Dec as the chest infection i had for just over two weeks was getting worse.Called at 8.45am and after a short call they said can i come in at 9.30am.
Went in and saw Dr Morgan ,who was great as were the whole team at this Doctors.

The receptionists and doctors at this practice are all exceptional. I have had nothing but the best care since joining the practice a few years ago.

This is without doubt the worst doctors practice I've ever come across. My Dad who's 86 can't walk has a cast on his arm and now has a swollen finger so called them so they could check it out, they answered the phone after 40 minutes of waiting!! we were told to take him to A&E! during this crisis time with covid!! The hospital are extremely unhappy with this advice which has put my Dad at increased risk of catching the virus. It just feels like they can't be bothered to visit.

I was having trouble with my Online Patient Access to get repeat medications and the staff in Admin were so patient and helpful. Can't praise them enough, also reception staff are kind and pleasant.
