Really slow poor service, was booked in at 13.30pm and told we would be seen in 2/3 hours and my son would be able to get an xray. Checked again as people were being turned away. 5pm has been and gone still NOT BEEN SEEN and xray now closed! Poor poor communication from admin staff. We could have gone somewhere else but we're told we would be seen! Disgraceful NHS service needs sorting out! Nearly 4 hours later and still noone has seen my son!

Went to minor injuries with a swollen foot, possibly broken. Was in and out in about an hour having been triaged, x-rayed, x-ray checked by expert at Worcester hospital and treatment advice given (fortunately not broken). Impressed with the facility and the efficiency and friendliness of the staff.

Fantastic service today. Tom was a superstar & stitched up quite a nasty gash in my leg. Thanks again. Keep up the great work ladies & gents.

My husband went here for a colonoscopy after a routine bowel screening came back as needing further investigation.
Staff were very reassuring during the whole proceedure, which took just over an hour in total. Everything was explained step by step, including the results of the examination on the day.
It's a small community hospital with a much calmer and quieter environment than the local county hospital.
Parking was simple, and it was easy to find a space. I would definitely recommend it as a place to go for a similar procedure.

The care I received from everyone I had contact with was outstanding. Special thanks Tom the ENP, Pauline who sorted my wound out and the radiography service. Such a slick department.

Visited the minor injuries clinic for broken big toe. Staff were all the right combination of professional, helpful and friendly. They were considerate and mindful of my injury between departments. Very efficient between departments. I felt able to ask questions and that staff had time for me. They were informative and explained things in every day language.

I had cause to visit Malvern Minor Injuries Unit last week with an injured knee and cut face after an accident. The staff were very friendly, efficient, considerate and professional. It's such an advantage having this community facility. Less daunting than A&E!
