Keith has helped my leg recover its function from an ACL reconstruction, on taking up Open water swimming he has been able to find the areas in my shoulders that need work pre and post Open Water swims ranging from 1 - 6 km events. I frequently get niggles in my lower back and neck Keith is able to work on these and has made a huge difference to reducing or clearing me of these aches and pains.
