What an amazing drs surgery , from the receptionist to the nurses and Dr Awad and Dr Goddard . Wish we had joined this surgery years ago , I always get a warm welcome from receptionist and they are great at there job and nothing is too much trouble for them . After years of not getting my prescriptions correct and leaving me without medication all weekend I decided it was time to change and rang Melrose practice to see if they were taking new patients on . I have now been with this surgery for several months now and can honestly say what a fantastic practice , from the moment I went into surgery I was made to feel welcome by the amazing receptionist, I had a check up with the nurse who was excellent and a lovely , caring friendly lady and last but by no means least the amazing Dr who sits and Listens to you and really is interested in your well being . After years of being unwell and not getting the correct treatment from my previous doctors I have now had the best treatment and care from Melrose practice and cannot thank you enough for making me feel amazing again .
