Terrible place to work ,toxic environment lots of divides in the work force relationships and treat 111 heath advisors like dirt i know I worked there.No wonder the public calling 111 in there hour of need don't get the service they deserve they are rushed and it's all to do with targets and adherence so 111 advisors always under pressure from floor walkers or shift leaders.They also recently had a re structure where they got rid of a lot of good employees in important roles.Steer well clear of FCMS they promise you the earth and in reality it's totally different.

Was referred by the doctors to the clinic in Ormskirk, received multiple reminders including the morning of my appointment only to have my appointment cancelled, citing a Family Emergency. Called the GP who explained that absolutely shouldn’t have happened. Have resulted in finding elsewhere for my appointment. Customer service didn’t seem to care about the importance of the scan, and weren’t keen to help.

Edited to add: once again, multiple reminders sent and on the morning of the appointment whilst on my way to the appointment the appointment was cancelled!!

Attended department Saturday October 14 th at 8.15 pm complaining of cough,lethargy,pyrexia and pleurisy .Seen by female G.P. who was very thorough and quickly diagnosed pneumonia and got me admitted to hospital .Six days later and after lots of antibiotics I am recovering at home
Very impressed with G.P. ---wish she was mine!
