Such a wonderful atmosphere and the moment you enter in, the staff make you feel very welcome and comfortable. The practitioner I saw, Mr Jasper lynch, for my lower chronic back pain was absolutely brilliant and was very professional and his treatment that I had twice so far seemed to have really made some difference. I would highly recommend him.

Before I had been to the center of complimentary health i had been on countless medications and a heavy dose of morphine including 3 large bottles being consumed a week. Through the help of one member of staff in particular her dedication in the appointments we have. This has now given enough pain relief through her work on me and through the exercises that pinpoint the areas of trouble. I have manged to half my morphine dose per week please do ask her about the special hamstring stretch its amazing and really does work.
I have used other centers in the past to no real help the people here are the real deal and know exactly how to get to the issue.

Thank you for your help I havent been this pain free in years I have such a better quality of life. I must also say that every member of staff I have met there have been most helpful. Not only do I feel better throughout my body my head is so much clearer.

If you are in pain and you are thinking of giving these people a ring please DO! once you have had your first session you will know exactly why I have taken the time to write this.

I had suffered an Injury to my back playing football and couldn't wait 6+ weeks to see the NHS physio, so I asked a mate who he used for his back problems and he recommended The centre for complementary health. On arrival I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who instantly made me feel very comfortable. I was then seen by Anthony who diagnosed my problem and went about trying to sort it out. After the hour my pain had almost gone and I was able to walk properly and do simple things again like touch my toes and put my socks back on!! Very happy with them and Ive booked in for a follow up

I was put in touch with Chris via Bupa after having recently suffered a back strain that severely hampered my mobility. In this current COVID-19 environment, I was advised that the session would have to be over a video call as opposed to in person, with a visit only being arranged if absolutely necessary. Whilst I fully understood the decision, I was very sceptical at first as to what could be done using this medium. I needn’t have worried, the session was effortlessly booked by Jane from the Centre of Complementary Health and expertly handled by Chris.

During the first 40 minute session, Chris visually examined my back, checked my mobility via a slump test and gave me some stretches to do (which were also e-mailed to me). We undertook the same process a week letter via session two, by which time I felt a lot better. Following another slump test, Chris decided that due to the progress I had made, he would provide me with some back strengthening exercises.

Chris was at all times a professional, easy to interact with and clearly has a lot of knowledge about the spine. I would not hesitate to recommend both the Centre of Complementary Health and Chris if you have any spinal issues.

Wonderful centre with terrific customer service! The physio therapist with whom I work helped me to resolve a recurring ankle injury that had been pestering me for almost 2 years. The office staff also was extremely supportive and friendly throughout the entire process. Thank you again!
