As a surgery its great. The car park however and entrance are appalling. The disabled car space is not wide enough, which makes getting out the car difficult. It is a normal space with a sign in front of it. There is a raised path right next to the space which is not helpful. I know space is of a premium but they could get rid of the space next to it and make it a proper disabled bay. The entrance to the surgery is really bad if your in a wheel chair or have a rollator. The threshold is raised. This needs to be changed so you can just roll in, like a supermarket.

An email address for doctors and pharmacy would be handy as would a direct phone number for pharmacy team as there is in alconbury, which is a very efficient surgery
