I just wanted to say a big thank you to the GP, nurse and reception staff at the practice. I’ve used the surgery multiple times this year for both myself and my children. We’ve had face to face appointments when felt necessary and phone appointments too. The gp phoned when they said they would and in person appointments seem to run on time. The receptionist I spoke to was very very helpful, I was nervous about ringing given the nature of my concern, but she put me at ease and booked me appointments with all the required practitioners. She was extremely friendly and supportive and made my experience 10x better. Thank you

Never seen a GP in the first 7 months of living in the area. Spoken to receptionist and had to share my personal medical information with them many times. I once saw a nurse! She told me I had a very swollen throat but couldn't offer medication nor a diagnosis. If this is the NHS in 2024, it'll be dead in 5 years. You'll notice any positive review about this place is not recent. That tells you all you need to know.

Been with this doctors for 3 months now.
All the staff are friendly and more than helpful.
The E Consult is brilliant and easy to use and much better than ringing for an appointment.
We’ve had no issues with appointments when needed and help when needed.
Great GP practice and we’re lucky to be registered with them.

This medical practice has a very poor attitude to patient service, the Clerks have zero understanding about the critical needs of a diabetic patient, the service is slow and they have a culture of being unwilling to serve.

I was literally asked to reuse old needles which were already infected or used. When a young staff at the pharmacy tried to intervene this unwilling clerk refused to collaborate to give me the urgent care I needed.

The clerk claimed that their pharmacists who was unavailable until the next day will need to find new treatment for me even when they clearly had doctors on call and available to rectify this situation on 27/12/2024 between 14:10 to 16:00.

In a crises they have zero understanding of how to assist or enhance the patient experience. We already have to deal with a life long traumatic condition as if it’s not enough the lazy clerk’s or teams or medics intentionally or unintentionally seek to add to our daily frustration by being lazy and having almost no desire to go above and beyond to help a patient in need. Call backs from the surgery are slow, it took 2 (two) long years for the surgery to be able to refer me to a hospital. I can go on forever, by far the poorest and horrible GP service I have used in my entire life, unfortunately it’s the only option around me especially considering that the others have full capacity and cannot take on new patients. In a crises whereby there is a shortage of diabetic flex pen needles the clerk could not even perform the basic tasks of re-requesting needles which I have used previously.

On the few times I have used the surgery over the past 4 years I have had no problem getting an appointment and the Doctors and Staff have been very helpful. Also my appointment times were always kept (within 5 Minutes). Excellent

I have had lots of trouble with Warrington general, they keep cancelling my appointments. I tried the Pals department but got nowhere at all. When you are in pain and worrying; you think no one cares. I contacted the secretary at the surgery, to see if they could help at all. What a difference Suzie could not do enough to help me and keep me updated. Finally, I now may have a light at the end of a very long tunnel. Thank you so much for your help and support.

I was wasn't on hold very long, the receptionist was very polite and the doctor (phone appointment) was quick to get back and very professional. The trick is to book your appointments early. I rang at 8:30am.
