I first came here in 2021-2022 for my skin. They gave me prescriptions which helped my skin on a 8-10 month basis. In the first 1 month batch of tablets I had they forgot to tell me I needed a blood test before taking the tablets which meant I had to restart the whole batch before moving onto the next. The next batch was fine, was moving onto each new month, upping the dosage to help my skin clear up. Then randomly in the August 2022 (3 months into my run) they didnโ€™t give me a follow up appointment to give me my next batch of tablets. So we called on a regular basis and left countless emails but they never ever responded to them. But when they finally answered I was โ€œon a waiting listโ€ which made no sense since I was already on the prescription. So after 3 months on quite strong dosage I had to fully stop which annoyed me. 2 years later (in 2024) they had the audacity to FINALLY call me and ask me if I still wanted the tablets despite the fact it had been over 24 months since they fully abandoned it, luckily for me my skin naturally cleared up to a point where I didnโ€™t need them anymore. But if they didnโ€™t leave me in the dark my whole body would probably be in a much better way! And they gave me the wrong doctors for the first few appointments and they were quite rude sometimes! Not the best :/

I went on 28/05/23 for a follow up appt and was seen by Dr. Abusheira. My appt went really well, I had photographed daily my facial treatment with Efudix cream (2 application) per day for 4 weeks - during the month of Oct 22. I was very pleased with the final result after the healing process had finished. I Now wear factor 50 every day. I had one mark left on my face and the Dr did Cryosurgery.on it to remove it. I canโ€™t thank Dermatology enough for their professional and excellent care during and after my treatment, my next appt is in 4 months and I look forward to going back. Such a Professional and caring department. Excellent.

Would like to pass on my sincere thanks for a very thorough physiotherapy consultation with Stephen Sharples.
He listened to what i described, asked questions, made notes brought up my history with regards to my accident. Then did a physical examination and ask me to do a few tests.
This in my opinion was my best most professional physiotherapist session i have had for a very long time.๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ
