I was told many years ago that if you have a bad experience you go and tell at least 10 people about it. Well this is my opportunity to tell as many people as possible about my GREAT experience. I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Ruth and Dr Revu for sorting me out a last minute emergency prescription for me. They went above and beyond to make sure that it was issued my prescription even though they were supposed to be finished for the day. Makes me feel reassured that there are still good people out there. You are both a credit to the surgery. Thank you.

Gave wrong informations and sent me to pharmacy with little toddler to check his chest (after coughing for two weeks) after I said I won't be able travel on train to Heckington with ill child (it takes about 15 minutes to walk there from train not to mention waiting outside for train both ways in this cold).
Pharmacy said NO PHARMACY would check chest only GP if he had cough for that long.
Misleading informations, did ask my gp yesterday and today so they knew I need appointment for today in Sleaford. I called them straight when they opened at 8am and no appointments whatsoever in Sleaford for all day.
I've been proven on so many occasions that staff aren't helpful and they easy to start fighting with you.
As a parent you try do everything for your child but they have no understanding and just not happy to help.
Giving you incorrect informations and after you dare to complain about it they call you rude!
..and don't bother to call them as you can be easily on phone ringing for 20 minutes before you give up.
To add there are three absolute star employees there (nobody from reception team tho) but unfortunately you need to be extremely lucky to see them.

Ask my gp fills up very fast and is only open early in the morning. Whenever you try and call the reception they rarely answer I was calling for ten minutes the other day on hold for only a minute or so then it started ringing and still no one answered I was first in the queue for well over 5 minutes before giving up as I had to go back to work. Doctors frequently rush me out of an appointment barely ask questions to find the root of problems. Often thrown on medication without many questions. Doctors often rude. However there are some good staff who are very kind and caring unfortunately over shadowed by the others.

Waiting in a queue for 20 minutes. The ring tone starts (meaning I am now at the front) and the receptionist simply picks the phone up and puts it back down. Shocking attitudes from Sleaford Millview medical centre. Happens all the time. Bone idle, money wasting articles.

Wish I wouldn’t had changed to Millview medical Center. Ask myGP usually doesn’t work, on the phone you are normally number 12 or so in the queue, and once you get the appointment it’s mass processing with quick diagnostics. Thus, our children got diagnosed incorrectly twice so far.

Rubbish doctors! Ask my GP online is never available and every time you ring u get fobbed off with “I have no appointments ring back at 12” you ring back at 12.01 and amazingly all the slots have gone! Staff are all miserable and never go out there way to help! If you get a prescription good luck getting it on repeat as even if you ask for a repeat you still have to ring and chase them!
