Absolutely amazing GP practice. I moved here from another GP just up the road due to house move that I was out of area for. I have always been able to see a GP if needed. My children have always been able to see a doctor not like the GP practice I was under last. I have never known a prescription request to be completed so fast as the doctors ant Dallam lane complete theirs. Meaning I have never had to have an emergency script since moving here. Whereas I had to have one most months at my old GP. The reception staff have always been polite and courteous and have gone above and beyond for me and my family. I can’t thank DR Sakhi and his team enough for all they do. Please keep up the high standard of care it’s completely valued by us. Best move I made

Just getting past from doctor to the doctor and neither one knows what’s going on googling answers to a problem that you may or may not have, stupid over the phone consultations that are of the highest inconvenience. Whatever happened to her face-to-face with your doctor that level of confidence and confidentiality, getting put on medication by one doctor and the other doctor not having a clue you’re even on said medication just total and utter lack of communication nhs is a shambles

I've had many Dr’s, but Dr Sakhi is literally the best there is, listens to you and comes up with easy fixes. could not recommend enough. I struggled for 3 years seeing numerous medical professionals and Dr Sakhi's advice was the only thing that worked.

I have been at this surgery for well over 30 years and l believe it to be probably the best doctors surgery in Warrington. When ringing up to make an appointment on the phone the receptionists are kind, friendly and caring arranging appointments with a Doctor or the Nurse and these are quite often on the same or next day when you will have an appointment or telephone consultation with Doctor Sahki who is very professional, thorough and easy to talk to putting you at ease. Nothing is too much trouble they are ALL truly amazing.

I have been at this surgery for a very long time. In the past it's been hit and miss with care. Recently I have seen a big improvement with patient care. Let's hope this carrys on improving with the new locam doctors that have been covering at the surgery. The best asset to this surgery at the minute is the receptionist Jackie( Scottish lady) She actually listens to you when you call the surgery and does her best to help you, sometimes this hasn't happened in the past. A lovely, polite friendly caring lady.

Whenever I have called, the reception team have always gone out of their way to help, especially Jacqui, they are considerate and always try to arrange a suitable appointment as quickly as possible and solve prescription issues.
