Daughter was told she couldn't go in the deep end, even though we have been to the pool many times before and it's never been a problem, she is able to swim but not far enough apparently, 3 members of staff but sat in a group not facing the pool chatting the whole time, not watching, like we have paid for...
Showers freezing cold and then boiling hot.

Called serval times to find out more info as website was not helpful. No answer, drive there and 4 / 5 staff on not doing anything. Told they were full despite a 3 hour session available. Told we couldn’t book for any time slots to swim. Ran by kids, no care. Staff seen eating the snacks from the counter . Disappointed

Good general purpose public pool. Session times vary a bit, usually available on the website. Staff are nice. Parking limited but free (with a permit from reception).

Have swum here several times over the past couple of weeks while staying locally and really enjoyed it every time. I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful and the pool itself is great. Looking forward to having a chance to come back!

I took my grandchildren to the fun hour on Friday 17/2 having called in the day before to check. I was told to get there for 1.30. We arrived at 13.25 to be told that it was full as they only had two staff on duty so only 30 swimmers could be admitted!!!! This was half term and a wet day!!! Very badly organised and planned by the management.

We were staying locally on holiday and booked for a swim on a raining day. Took a while to book the 6 of us as they required lots of details over the phone.
We took 2 under 2's with us. Staff were friendly facilities were good but sadly the local people in the pool and changing rooms were less than welcoming and made us feel very out-of place. It was an open swim session we stayed close to the edge but got lots of disgruntled looks which sadly ruined our 45min session. Would certainly not return with my little one again and sadly would not recommend to others either. 🙁

Great pool, friendly staff the changing rooms are clean and tidy. The pool is kept at a good temperature and is great for kids, also has a proper deep end 🙂

As a local pool it's fine. The water is much too cold to take small children though which is hugely disappointing as I'd like to be able to do that. Unfortunately unless the water at least a little warm it's just not suitable. It's often quiet during the day which I personally prefer as a weak swimmer.
