Went for a pre op this weekend. It was lovely. Calm, clean and very welcoming. Debbie and Patricia could not have done anymore to make me feel welcome. Thank you for easing my nerves and answering all my questions. What a lovely community hospital which could be even more of an asset when fully staffed and funded. Well done and thank you

If I could mark the NHS separately than the practice then it would be different.
So 1 missing star is for the careless numbers game that is the NHS, that treats symptoms without curing.
The other missing star is because the doctors in the surgery don't communicate properly with the reception staff. They work separately, and it causes confusion.
Apart from that it is a clean and friendly place which I have no problem visiting.

My wife accompanied he 93 year old mother today for podiatry app.
The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, she was told to wait outside while her mother was seen. Today extremely cold for a 70 year old to be standing outside.
