you wait months or years for a counsellor, then you get one that doesn't seem to know what they're doing or care to be better. would not recommend if you actually care about your mental health. you would be better off going somewhere else

My counsellor is amazing and knowledgeable and all the staff I've met there are very friendly. I've been able to get help for whatever I needed, and in a timely manner, might I say quickly as well compared to waiting times I've heard of.
