I have been registered with the Centre for 12 months now and have found it to be very professional. Today I had my blood test and the Nurse was very friendly. She put me at ease as I'm not a fan of needles. I felt no pain when the blood was taken either. Cannot praise the staff enough.

I’ve been with this surgery for 2.5 years and they are by far the best clinic I’ve ever been registered too.

The receptionist answer the phones quickly, and are knowledgeable and helpful to assist you with any request.

Dr Jay, Dr Atul and Dr Alpa always provide listen attentively to the concerns before providing the highest quality of care.

The surgery also has a great callback system and resolve patches and admin requests promptly.

If I’m honest I was dreading ringing as in the past you seemed to be waiting in the queue for sometime but yesterday it was great. The receptionist answered friendly and asked me to send in a photo before the telephone appointment which was easy enough to do as you get a link and then Dr Jay rang me within 15 mins and he was understanding, compassionate and listened. He explained my condition briefly which I appreciated. Overall from yesterday’s experience I would highly recommend and it also made me feel reassured about calling for an appointment again. I've been with this GP for 3 years now. Firstly the Receptionists who are first port of call are always kind and polite and always willing to help which is brilliant. Communication is brilliant from the surgery either via email, text, or phonecall. The surgery is very efficient and the Doctors are always very caring and thorough. A very helpful young lady listened and explained what would happen, and it did! l had a call from Doctor J who again listened and explained my options. which l acted on. The only downer was the Wallasey Centre , who claimed to have awaiting time of one day, turns out not to have any dates.

The phone experience at this practice has improved a thousand fold in the last year! It always used to fill me with dread, before calling the practise, as I knew I would be hanging on phone for ages. Not anymore. Calls in my experience are answered in a few mintutes. A fantastic improvement!

The people that I have seen recently at the practice, in particular the nurse and podiatrist. Also saw me promptly not leaving me in the waiting room for ages, as also used to be the case. Another fantastic improvement.

They were both friendly, very professional and caring.

I can highly recommend Michaela at Hillingdon Health Centre. She has taken great care of my wound following a surgical procedure. She is kind, friendly and reassuring, and made it feel less of a chore visiting the surgery every three days, for the past 2 months. She is a credit to her profession!
