Most of the staff are very nice. I have had problems with recommendations on scans not being actioned and this resulted in 4 years of inadequate treatment. Once I realised and pointed out the mistake it was rectified quickly.

I have only been to this doctor's for the out of hours, if you need to use the walk in make sure you arrive at the latest of 6:15 because they fill up way before 6:30 and once they do they will turn you away no matter the problem unfortunately. However once you do get in, there's a good chance you will be waiting a while, I have had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to use this place, you are more than likely going to need to see doctor for stress over the actual problem that you are presenting. You will be told to ring at 8 in the morning. Between the phones which IF you get through and don't get cut off for being in a queue or cut off due to no more appointments today already at 08:01, they advise you to use ask my gp which is 8 times out of 10 out of service, if not its due to running out of time. IF you have the opportunity to see the doctors and nurses then you will get good service but treatment for 2 minutes compared to attempted hours to see them is disgusting, so be prepared to graft to get an appointment.

The doctors and nurses themselves are incredible and work under a lot of pressure to see all the patients they can but the system fails all of us completely.

I have to visit every 3 month minimum for my condition and the staff are always welcoming and kind. I always revice amazing service from them.
The nurses are delightful, as are the doctors and the receptionist are always very helpful.

Went at 6.50 and was sent to Grantham UTC....didn't get home for hours. Disappointed ? I appreciate that it can't be helped.

At last visit GP examinated ear pain of my 7yo daughter from 1m distance because touching girls is not halal.
Visit before GP did not know what augmentin is and needed consultation somewhere at reception.
At earlier visit, serious ear infection of my wife was diagnosed as a problem with eyes, which finished visiting in hospital where she received real help.
Maybe it is time to swap those undereducated "doctors" to one or two computers with chatGPT. Diagnosis will not be worse but it will be nice to talk with some intelligence.

Pathetic service. Have problems even ordering my prescription on time. Generally I run out of my medication before anything is done.
You never see the same doctor twice even IF you gey to see a doctor at all. In the last year alone my doctors are responsible for the biggest stress in my life. Something a multiple stroke victim like me is always told to avoid.
