I hate that i have to give even one star.
I travelled to my mother's home & stayed there from 8.20 until 5.15 still nobody came to collect items.
I really don't know what to do.
Do they not want there appliances back, cause if not I'll get them taken to the tip.
Disgusting service.

I’m afraid I have to agree with the other reviews. I was phoned on Thursday evening and told that the equipment would be collected AM on Friday and driver would give a two hour window. 12.45 no courtesy call or anything, the office couldn’t contact the driver. Do they think people have nothing else to do 😡

I have not encountered a more incompetent business. They do not read instructions so their system is never updated and thus huge time is wasted making failed pick ups from incorrect addresses. All phone calls take hours, they do not act on emails effectively.

Terrible experience with this company. They book an appointment to collect items that need to be returned then never turn up. They don’t call back as promised either. Full of excuses and ‘I’ll escalate the problem!’ Still nothing happens.

So finally, days later, the booking is made. And I can only say thank you to Amit and Tate, who collected the items with such professionalism! Both were kind, helpful and worked with great speed. All items were dismantled and removed in super quick time. Two employees who knew their job, and displayed amazing customer service!

Five stars for the guys collecting!

Pretty incompetent people on the customer service lines. Probably the worst people I have ever dealt with over the phone. No empathy, useless. It makes sense to go off-shore in exchange of their team. Absolute bottom tier.

Keep getting calls from customer care saying the equipment will be delivered the next day , have told them 5 times that we already have the equipment . No communication between them.

One of their engineers ordered a new recliner for my 98 year old mother 2wks ago, and when we chased it up, the following Monday, we were told no recliner had been ordered even though the engineer ordered in front of me,we still haven't received said recliner and tried ringing several times this week and even sent an email but haven't received any replies,absolutely sham of a company but what do you expect when my council has perusal goes for the cheaper option.

Why do you not answer the phone? I have called several times to have a bed collected but just get left holding for up to an hour each time!! This is a new unused bed that will be going to the local tip shortly!
