I attended for ultra sound this morning 0940 but the lady who did my ultrasound was very very unfriendly. First thing she said to me was put your belongings there. Not a good morning or a tiny smile never ever have I ever encountered such an unfriendly person. I felt so uncomfortable all I wanted was get out there as quick as possible.
I was asked to go and empty my bladder with gel all over my abdomen. I stood up quick as possible and try clean off the gel before rearranging my clothes
Apparently my daughter- in- law’s grandma said the same thing when she had her scan.
I have been in nursing profession for 45 years and know the importance of maintaining a kind friendly
Attitude. At least she could have smiled would have patients at ease.
I hope I never have to encounter her again.

Everyone was very friendly and I was seen virtually straight away. The only thing that I was surprised by was that I had to pay the full amount even though the nurse said I didn’t have any wax in my ears, so it was basically £45 for someone to look in my ears which took less than 5 minutes.

Booked a weight loss course of injections, such a helpful face to face consultation and they even gave me a free fruit and veg bundle to get me started! Highly recommended

March 30, 2024 I turned to your clinic for help with ongoing health problems, hoping for relief and an accurate diagnosis. Unfortunately, the care I received was far from satisfactory and I was deeply concerned about the competence of the medical staff.

During my visit, I was assigned to a doctor whose name I do not know, although I recognize him by his appearance. Due to my limited knowledge of medical English, I provided a detailed written description of my symptoms in the hope that this would assist in making a diagnosis. After reading my note, the doctor told me to lie down, examined my abdomen with a stethoscope, and concluded that I had IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Despite telling him I hadn't eaten anything and was in constant pain, he insisted I had IBS and referred me to a nurse or other medical staff member in the room for further information.

The person then opened Google for me and showed me information about IBS, suggesting dietary changes, and referring me to an IBS support group. When I questioned the lack of further testing, she replied that I had included all the necessary information in the note and that the doctor had diagnosed IBS. She also recommended a liquid to aid bowel movements, which worsened my condition.

I then sought a second opinion from another doctor, which I had to pay for. This doctor ordered three important tests for me, which showed that I suffer from SIBO-IMO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth). The incorrect diagnosis made by your clinic not only delayed appropriate treatment, but also exposed me to significant health risks.

It is clear that the SWC PCN Extended Hours – GPHA Clinic Hadleigh doctor failed to carry out a thorough examination, which led to a serious misdiagnosis. This negligence could have resulted in serious health complications, and the overall handling of my case indicates a lack of professionalism and competence.

I demand compensation for the physical and emotional suffering caused by the misdiagnosis and subsequent deterioration of my health. The doctor in question should be held accountable for his actions as such incompetence in the field of medicine is unacceptable and dangerous.

I expect a quick response to the submitted complaint and resolution of this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to escalate this matter further as the inadequate care I received at your clinic has significantly jeopardized my health and well-being.

Kind regards,

Appointment made for between 09:0 and 15:00? Nipped out for 30 minutes and guess what she turned up? There 10 minutes max. Simply cut nails and gone for £35. Not again.
