Manager and director have no idea what occupational health is about and think it is not different from a GP surgery. As a potential client, I am now getting constant phone calls from the director arguing and disputing their own responsibility in providing services they advertise on the roundabouts. Their lack of competence in GDPR and health surveillance is very concerning. I would not recommend their service at present.

PS: I hope the CQC will do their job

Recently needed a Safety Critical Medical done urgently, called TMS and they had appointments avaliable the next day. Staff at the centre and Doctor were very welcoming, test went fine and certification recieved same day. Highly reccomend.

Very good I needed a Chester step doing but when I got there also needed an oguk medical and doctor came in. This was on a Saturday morning also.
