After many years of being with this care company it has sadly come to an end. Compleat Care raised there care costs for my Mum to a ridiculous amount of £1400 extra a month with no warning, negotiations or contact from the directors. I understand there must be an annual top up. We have had them for the last few years. However there is no justifying that kind of increase.
My mums mental health has suffered as a consequence because her carers had been with her for over a decade. The stress on my mum was awful and she was heart broken. Whilst I understand this is a business, it is not just a shop or a garage for cars. These are people cared for in the community and with complete disregard my mum was dropped like a hot brick. No phone calls or letter from the company to my mum for the last ten years. Nothing. Hard not to take this personally after the amount of money this company made out of my mums poor health situation over those years.. Very disappointing and obviously no loyalty to clients.

The Carers and office staff were overall good. Although timings could be hit and miss.
However the owners seemingly care more for lining their own pockets over the staff and clients.

The Carers at Compleat Care are brilliant and in my opinion carry the company. They will be missed.

Luckily we found another care company locally and there are no top up fees.
Twinick Care have been fabulous and thankfully my Mum is slowly coming round to them.

Careers are very good ,But Times terrible tea was once 16.10 then next day was 18.45 you never no when to expect them ,even after phoning many times to sort it out ,so had to change careers after 6 weeks of a stressful experience
