I do have big safeguarding concerns with a few staff members but other than that I was given more compassion than any ward I've been on and offered way more theraputic activities. There are flaws and my rights did get deprived at times but its down to poor communication betwen staff members. This place has so much potential to flourish. It's a new hospital and I am not happy with somethings I whitnessed but my overall treatment has been the best I've recieved. Thank you all, I will miss you. Peace out from JP.

Update review, I am struggling to get in contact with the ward as I was not given a Discharge summary form which I urgently need for the Private medical treatment which I am paying for but appointment is delayed until I have follow up proof.

I was rushed out on my discharge by Ken and John and they did not go through my medication with me or told me what was there. I got woken up at 5:40am and the taxi arrived at 6am. I did forget to set alarm so is my fault too that it was a rush. I was given some medication that had been discontinued days prior which i handed into an outpatints docotor and got the other tablets rectified. I called the ward but did not recieve a call back. I have emailed and got an automated response but i have not heard back. I really just like a copy of my discharge summary or know how to request access to certain records. Thank you.

Editing again. I managed to get my Discharge summary through my local cmht so that issue is now resolved.
