Usually I'm not that harsh with my reviews, but I am really disappointed by the customer service of this doctor.

Dr. Brinkmann came as a recommendation from my GP, ( Dr. med. Kerstin Ehrlich), who by the way is absolutely great. I tried to reach Dr. Brinkmann's cabinet for an appointment.

I called in May, they've told me to call in October as they are not taking new patients.

I called in Oct, they told me to call in Jan as now now they can't make appointments, but for sure they will do in Jan.

I called in Jan, they told me to call in March.

I could be dead by now. .

At least, they could have told me not to call at all as they will never enrol me as a new patient.

Goodluck in the future with this attitude!

Sehr menschliche Praxis. Frau Dr. Brinkmann ist eine sehr professionelle und fürsorgliche Frauenärztin. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben und sie nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit und klärt alle Fragen. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr sorgfältig und fleißig.

Bin im google auf diese Praxis gestoßen. Habe mir nach dem ich mir einen Eindruck über die Bewertungen geschaffen habe einen Termin vereinbart.Wurde aber bei meinem Termin zu tiefst enttäuscht. Mir wurde mitgeteilt trotz das ich den Grund genannt habe weshalb ich einen Arztwechsel mache, es sei jetzt zu aufwendig sich den ganzen Stapel anzuschauen'' wurde so zusagen höflich abgeschoben.
Kann verstehen das es einfacher ist schwangere zu betreuen aber als Arzt sollte man sich im klaren sein das man nicht nur schwangere berreut... frage mich wirklich wo sollen Menschen hin die eine ernsthafte Erkrankung haben. Habe mich alleingelassen und abgeschoben gefühlt nach dem Motto zuviel arbeit muss ich mir nicht antun.Kann ich nur abraten !!! Definitiv keine Kompetenz meines Erachtens. Den Stern musste ich leider mit angeben

Ich bin seit Jahre sehr zufrieden mit Frau Dr. Brinkmann, sie ist kompetent und sehr verständnisvoll . Seit der 1Stunde bin ich bei ihrer Praxiseröffnung Patient geworden.

Sehr nette Ärztin, die sich Zeit nimmt bei einem Vorsorgetermin.
Kaum Wartezeit mit Termin.
Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich. Mit Glück ist auch ein Parkplatz im Hof frei.
Komme deshalb auch trotz Umzug gerne in diese moderne Praxis.

Das Personal ist komplett unprofessionell und unfreundlich. Der vergebene Termin wurde falsch auf dem Zettel geschrieben und deswegen war ich am falschen Tag vor Ort und wurde trotzdem nicht aufgenommen. Den nächsten Termin konnte ich wegen des Coronafalls nicht wahrnehmen und hatte mich sofort nach dem positiven Test angemeldet, leider eine Stunde später nach dem festgelegten Termin. Das war doch klar, dass die Verspätung an der Testung lag. Den dritten Termin durfte ich jedoch nicht bekommen, weil ich zwei vorherigen Termine verpasst habe… Wahnsinn! Kein menschliches Verständnis und keine Wahrnehmung von selber Schuld.

Eine sehr erfahrene und freundliche Ärztin, ich bin seit 2018 bei Frau Dr. Brinkmann und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Wartezeit ist ungefähr 15 Minuten, aber Frau Brinkmann nimmt genug Zeit für das Gespräch und erklärt alles gut. Bei der Untersuchung tut es nicht wehr. Die beste Frauenärztin, die ich hatte.
