Had an issue with a purchase. Wrote customer service. They said they would look into it and pass to the right department. 6 weeks later and seven emails later with me asking for an update, no reply whatsoever. I called and the person confirmed my emails were recieved and didn't understand why they hadn't replied, but said I still a few weeks on return period and they would escalate to ensure a resolution. Nothing. Had to dispute on credit card instead. Shameful and will NEVER do business with them again.

Great experience, a store fully dedicated to man clothes, with plenty of brands and helpful staff. If you find something nice but not sure if you can get it cheaper (on the day) just ask someone from the staff to save it for you, go do your research and your item will be there waiting for you. Really nice to be sure you are paying the best price for a quality item

The shop is located inside My Zeil shopping center. It occupies two floors.
It has nice collection if different assortment. Sometimes you can find interesting cheap things on the sale. Located near the stairs on 1 St floor. But be careful they can be torn. I had such experience, but I returned back to the store I git a complete refund and no questions.

You see 7 people waiting in line to pay you, and only one cashier is open. What does your staff do? They open additional checkouts to stop wasting customer's time? No, they chit chat between themselves.

They have multiple Brands inside and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! You can turn to them for questions any time. They have literally every mens clothing pieces that you can imagine!

Higher budget stuffs. All brand pieces available and with Very Good quality. Sometimes sales are going on. You can opt to take that time to buy if you have love for brands.
