I am writing to express my profound appreciation for this outstanding GP practice. During a challenging time for my wife's health, the entire team demonstrated exceptional care and compassion that truly sets them apart from any medical service we've previously experienced.

The reception staff are extraordinarily considerate, greeting patients with warmth and understanding that immediately puts you at ease. The nurses have been remarkable, meticulously tracking my wife's health and providing support that goes far beyond typical medical care.

Our doctor's support has been nothing short of incredible. Their medical expertise, combined with genuine compassion, has been a lifeline during our most difficult moments. It's puzzling why more GP practices can't match this level of dedicated, patient-centered care.

Ridiculous GP practise, if you call them any time apart from 8am and 2pm, you will not get an appointment. Once you do get through to them at those times after waiting for a long period, they’ll tell you appointments are gone, call later. This practise ONLY offers same day appointments.
People have work to attend, and many of us prefer appointment’s that are scheduled in advance so we can schedule our day/week ahead of the appointment. You cannot book an advance appointment like before anymore.

Appalling surgery. I had a one off appointment for a test booked. My appointment was at 3pm and I arrived slightly early and marked myself in. Are 3.10pm a lady and her daughter arrived and checked in and their appointment was for the same nurse but at 4.30pm. The daughter kicked off and said the nurse told them to come at 3pm and they were let straight in. My appointment was further delayed without an apology and I didn't get seen until 3.40pm! Absolutely ridiculous!

This is one of the worst Surgery's to go to. They clearly do not care about their patients and do not assess them properly. I had the pleasure of visiting this surgery when my daughter was born and I am so glad I do not live in the area and that I have changed surgery for my wife and daughter. I feel sorry for all the patients that are still at this place.

I advise if you are diagnosed at this surgery to go get another opinion.

Friendly, attentive and efficient staff. After only being with this surgery for a month or so, the doctor provided me with a referral and treatment without me having to persistently ask and beg. Something that was ignored and not taken seriously at my old surgery. I am impressed with the receptionists and nurse’s attentiveness and friendly approach, seeming happy to help. I’ve only had two appointments, one being a new patient health check and the other for a heath concern which I filled an e-consult for and was provided with a same day appointment. I cannot express how content I am with the service received so far by this surgery.

I had an incredible experience with Zulekha Rafe, who skillfully and carefully took bloods, making the process seamless despite my fear of needles. The staff was accommodating, allowing for a same-day blood draw and GP check-up, which was highly convenient. Zulekha's exceptional care and empathy stood out, making a typically stressful procedure feel surprisingly comfortable.

I attended the medical centre today 16th January 2024 for spirometry tests having been referred by my GP. I was greeted with friendliness at reception and was seen on time by Vasutti Naresh, a nursing associate who conducted the procedure. She was welcoming and put me at my ease. She chatted in a friendly manner as we went through the various procedures but worked efficiently and with skill. Everything was explained and demonstrated clearly.

The Centre is somewhat shabby (but clean) and in need of refurbishment. The waiting room was cold but in its defence it was an extremely cold day. The service is far more important than the environment so I unhesitatingly give five stars.
