The worst GP in England. No one has a clue, receptionists are rude and practically brain dead almost. The doctors have got all their qualifications and degrees out of a cereal box I’ve had already one brother told he had ‘just a flu’ when he actually had early symptoms of septicaemia. Another with a infection on the back of his head which didn’t heal for years and kept fobbing him off. He had diabetes, which could have been treated if they took the time to listen to patients. I’ve avoided medical help primarily because of this particular GP. I suggest everyone signs up to a different local practice because these lot are just incredibly negligent

I had a flu jab appointment with Mrs C Egan. It was worse experience because as I entered the room, she didn’t even confirmed my name or information but asked to roll over the sleeve and give the injection asked it’s ok for me to leave, I then asked for any impact on work or side affects but she told me all is ok. The information of injection and patient must have been confirmed. Soon, I left the room, I realised she had not confirmed ID . I was worried if I got correct injection, she simply said in kind of dismissive manner that flu vaccine was that I was there for. So this would have been very dangerous if I was injected wrong vaccine or something.

It’s quite a different experience I had in past with doctors at the surgery especially Dr Soman who is always very nice and caring and listen to your requests.

I left this practice a while ago as I wasn’t happy but my children are still with them. My daughter has needed 2 appointments in the last month and within a couple of hours of a patch’s request I have not only had a phone call but a face to face appointment for her. Things have definitely changed from how they used to be. The receptionists are so friendly and polite and the doctors extremely helpful. Very impressed!!

My review is Regarding blood tests at Acorn - the last two blood tests i received from the guy,i think he is from Brazil or Portugal, were the most painful i'v ever had. ending up with bruises. The last test had a false result which meant i had to quickly go to hillingdon hospital A&E to get retested .So i wont be going back to him again. But apart from blood test mishap the staff are excellent and have no complaints about them.Re Doctors... i feel rushed when i see them . I was told by one doctor the other day that i basically can only complain about one condition per visit- Odd

I recently had an issue where I was removed as a patient for no reason, I had to call 4 times to resolve the issue, I lost access to PATCHS and when I went into the practice to ask for help with this the receptionist looked at me up and down and told me I didn't know what I was doing.

The issue was when you are removed from the practice as a patient you need to re-register using patient access.

Very disappointed, I think Acorn hires receptionists based on how nasty and unfriendly they can be.

Best practice I’ve been to you in years, all staff very friendly, polite and caring. I have been at this practice for a short time and during this time found them to be great from the friendly reception staff, Dr’s who are quick at responding and referring and really nice nurses like Caroline. I will miss the practice and just wanted to say thank you
