I've been using this surgery for over 30 years, and I can confidently say that there's no better practice out there. The doctors are exceptional, and the reception staff are always courteous and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience.

It is my second GP in UK and i think it is one of the best one. They help you with same day appointments, admin task etc. Team at Lanfranc is easily reachable over call and you don’t have to wait for an hour for your call to be answered. Positive experience till yet!!! Keep doing the good work.

All the staff here are great, professional and helpful but the surgery is very outdated and needs a complete renovation from top to bottom.

Last year a paint job was done of the place but didn't make a difference, if anything it just highlighted the need for a full on renovation.

Really don't know what's going on with all of the clocks either, I think there are 8 clocks and not a single one shows the correct time.

Either get rid of the clocks or adjust them all to their correct times

I bring my 81 year old mother to this outstanding practice for frequent appointments and all the doctors and staff at reception are totally outstanding! They polite and responsive and so efficient. They serve with smile all the time. Compared to my GP practice that I am registered with, this one is head and shoulders above it. Five stars!!

Absolutely fantastic GP practice. I’ve been registered here for 5 years now and my care has been exemplary with both face to face and phone appointments available when required. Fantastic Reception staff, always helpful.. Great doctors who are genuinely interested in listening and help throughly. The physio Jarrad very helpful. Overall I have been a patient for over 30 yrs. Can't praise them as a team enough.

I am very happy that my whole family have been registered in this surgery and i can tell that this was the best decision i took. All the staff members are really helpful! They are always there when i need them. I get appointments very easily. All the doctors (specially doctor Mehta) are really hardworking. I changed 2 doctor surgerys before but never been satisfied but now i am!
