This is the best dental practice ever. Dr Surinder Ghalley is the best dentist I have ever gone to. I used to feel embarrassed about my teeth and I delayed going to the dentist because they’d shame me for my decay at my young age. He is a very ethical dentist who tells you exactly what you need done and he does the job perfectly. I’m never missing another dentist appointment again. If you need to register for a new dental practise this is the one !!

It had taken me ages to get around to finding and registering with a new dentist after my old practice closed. I am so grateful that I found this practice. From the first phone call, to registering, to having my first appointment and deep clean, I found everyone at the practice helpful, friendly and reassuring. The head dentist gave me some excellent tips on teeth-cleaning that I hadn't heard before which were very easy to start that same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new dentist.

I would recommend going to this Dental practice. The staff are utterly professional from the receptionist through to the dentist in my case her self. Explained everything beforehand as I'm having upper inplants. She referred me to see an inplant specialist . My dentist couldn't do enough for me. Totally satisfied. “I am extremely disappointed with the receptionist’s attitude. She is extremely rude and unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to explain an urgent issue. To make matters worse, they failed to pass my message to the doctor during a critical situation. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire practice. Doctor is so helpful and kind but unfortunately, the receptionist is the biggest drawback of this practice.

I paid 300£ for treatment and they didn't send me the time when I should come. I left here a message and their nasty administrator called me and said that she has sent me email. I am waiting the email for more then 3 Weeks!!! What paid for? They told me to come on Dec but I Don't remember neither day nor time! WHY THEY DON'T SEND CONFIRMATION MESSAGE ? IS IT DIFFICULT

They need to get rid of that receptionist. Rude, condescending and just terrible at her job. Literally had an emergency and had to go to the hospital and she told me that she’s removing my son as a patient because I didn’t give her prior warning. I didn’t anticipate an accident happening so I’m confused as to how I should’ve cancelled the appointment. The dentists I’ve met were nice but that receptionist is terrible. Life happens. Don’t penalise your patients because of it.

My family and I have been visiting this wonderful dental practice for over 5 years. From the moment we contact the clinic to booking an appointment, we are made to feel extremely welcome by all the lovely staff members who also go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable throughout the visit. Without any doubt they are truly amazing.

I would definitely recommend them to all our friends and anyone who needs dental treatment.
