this rating is only a one star because i can’t give zero. i’m so sick and tired of this gp - i’ve been with them for most of my life and have never once had a positive experience with them. the receptionists are always so rude and most of the doctors are so dismissive. they don’t take what you say seriously and give you an answer to shut you up and have you out the door. i was enquiring about my cough and had asked for an emergency, face to face appointment in which the receptionist dismissed me and gave me a phone one. when i was waiting for a phone call, i had waited three hours and had to call them first as they were about to close (they had forgotten about the appointment). the doctor just said i had a normal cough and later on that week, i was in a&e with a chest infection. they’re never apologetic about anything and communication is even worse.

I'm patient at this centre for 20 years, I'm so happy, the reception staff are so nice, answering the phone quickly tried to help with an appointment, the nurse practitioner Youdit is so kind and helpful, Dr Makoyawo did everything possible to help patients, even on pandemic this centre was open and help all patients. I thank you all.

I have been a patient at the centre for many years. I have had good and not so experiences. The last few years I have to say have improved especially with the efficiency of reception staff. Covid saw a vast sea change in communication practices - email now used appropriately by both the doctors and other professionals as well as good clear messaging. In a difficult climate of change I would give the centre a huge ‘thumbs’ up - thank you.

I want to dedicate these 5 stars to Ariette Atallah as she was extremely helpful. Usually, I don't have the best of experiences with the receptionists but Ariette was amazing, she directed me to using econsult which made life a whole lot easier and I will use that more from now. I hope her positive energy spreads across the GP!

The worst GP experience of my life. The doctors working there are unprofessional. I come to them for help, and they ignore me and treat me as if I’m mentally challenged just because I bring my boyfriend with me due to my limited English. Absolutely no help from them.

Nurse practitioner was great, got prescription sent to pharmacy very efficiently with good advice.
