I had surgery here in December. The 2 nurses that looked after me in recovery were absolutely amazing. I can’t praise them enough. Marion and Madu (I’m not sure if I got the spelling right) thank you so much for being so wonderfully amazing and caring.

I had my surgery Saturday the 14th September and felt really looked after . Starting with the admission gentleman who greeted me before 7 am and continuing with the operative and recovery team I am well impressed . Dear Nabeeha, Elouise , Sonia and Jomaz thank you as you made me feel looked after . Stepping into the operating theatre is never easy but the team made me feel at ease - always smiling and trying to calm me , keeping me warm and trying to distract me . The anaesthetist as well Dr Vaganov explained thoroughly and listened to my questions and concerns and reassured me straight away . He was very kind and caring and made me feel at ease .Waking up was welcomed by the 2 recovery nurses that made sure I was warm and comfortable , helped me move around the room and were truly kind .Dr Mileto was very calm and reassuring as well and I felt I can trust the team to look after me . Thank you everyone - You care and attention to detail made all the difference !

I didn't want to give it a less star but few nurses was good here some wasn't.

The night nurse was amazing and the other young lady who removed the tape of my chest. But there was one nurse who come in when I clicked the button as I needed to use the toilet and she didn't help me out of bed or help me get slippers on at all and I felt more dizzy in pain due to it. I wasn't offered the tv remote untill 10pm when the night nurse come but bit to late then. I still had yesterday water too. The food wasn't great for a private clinic. But a male doctor come and checked on me couple times he was amazing too! My surgeon Dr Anna was amazing gaven me detail and helped me as much as she could when she saw me/ but the discharge not so much with the help and detail..Hopefully all will be okay . The hospital location is fine, clean hospital not to loud either. Reception area was nice Reception lady there is friendly too. It was genuinely just the 1 nurse who come in to help me before my night nurse come in and nobody offered me the tv remote so I sat there bored for hours and the food wasn't great. Other then that it was fine.

I was here from 3:15 until 21:30 for my op. Everyone that spoke with me was helpful and fully explained everything that I needed to know and what was happening next. I was quite nervous on the day as never has a op before but also very excited as I waited 10 years for this and I'm so so happy. The pre op recovery nurse was very helpful he could see I was quite nervous so he helped me with my breathing to relax me, he explained everything that was happening next. The anesthetist was lovely and again explained everything to me and asked if i had any questions my surgeon was Mr Davis and he come and see me before hand went over things again I felt more at ease once I see him as I knew I didn't have much longer to wait. The recovery nurses were incredible I had 2 ladies looking after me and they kept checking on me sat with me while I woke up, they helped me to the toilet everytime I needed to go, help me get dressed but a warm blanket on me as I was cold when I woke up. Brought my food and checked my water jug was always full. It was raining when I left and one of the nurses helped me all the way out to the car to ensure I didn't slip on the wet floor.staff were amazing from reception to recovery.

Was here from 9:30-3pm I was ready to be discharged after breast augmentation operation and everyone was do lovely and helpful. Super attentive of every detail to make sure I’m as comfortable as possible, I truly recommend this place ! The food here was quite decent, better than I expected. I was asleep most of the time, brought my ipad with me in case I got bored but was never needed to take it out, brought a spare change of comfortable indoor clothes cos outdoor could have lingering bacterias and just feels more safer.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience at 69 Harley Street.

I underwent a breast augmentation operation on September 28th 2023, which went smoothly. However, when it came time to leave the hospital, things took a different turn.

I was given clearance to leave at 9pm, and a nurse assisted me to the front door. Unfortunately, the lift wasn't operational, so we had to take the stairs. Upon reaching the front door, it wouldn't open. The nurse searched for the keys at the reception desk but couldn't locate them. She then called her colleague from the opposite side at 64, where there should have been a spare key. Regrettably, there was none.

Meanwhile, my father was waiting outside. I stood there, completely drained and eager to get home. Another nurse from the other side joined us at the front door. Both nurses (one beside me and one outside next to my father) began to panic, speaking urgently in a language I couldn't understand. This caused additional stress and confusion for me. The other nurse eventually came down the stairs, and amidst the commotion, both nurses stated that they had never been on this side of the hospital and had no idea what to do. As a client, this was far from reassuring!

I took it upon myself to start looking for the key (moving with great difficulty). I then suggested they check the fire doors, which might provide an alternative exit. They were unsure of what to do. So, I made my way to the fire escape and discovered it was LOCKED! This constitutes a significant health and safety hazard. In the event of a fire, there would have been no means of escape. This poses serious danger for clients, nurses, and anyone else in the building.

I instructed the nurse to go to the basement and see if we could exit from there. Fortunately, there was a caretaker who had a key.

This incident not only posed a health and safety risk, but it was also incredibly traumatic, especially immediately after surgery. It was deeply disappointing, especially considering the premium associated with being treated on Harley Street.

I have just had my surgery with dr de Leo and I cannot rate this surgeon or this team of compassionate people highly enough. Priya my assistant nurse was the kindest soul and everyone was just so wonderful. I suffer with anxiety and it took 14 years for me to muster up the courage for this surgery after having my daughter. I have felt so safe, so well cared for and confidant at every single stage I’m so grateful for the standard of care and the results are better than I imagined they would be. Eternally grateful thanks so very much everyone xx
