Great experience at the hospital today. The facilities are excellent. The staff are both professional and friendly. My daughter was very nervous when we went in but all the staff were amazing and really put her at ease. A massive thank you to Julie and Ali for looking after us, we couldn’t have asked for more from them!

Everyone was amazing at Clementine. They really do look after you. Thank you so much, I had a great experience. Very clean and welcoming hospital from start to finish.

David the anesthetist was AMAZING. Loved his Gin & Tonic joke before he put me to sleep.

Kitchen staff was great and made really tasty food although I couldn't eat. They also insured my dad who brought me in was looked altered with hot drinks.

Margaret in the Epping Ward has been fantastic. She truly took care of my mum all night during her stay going above and beyond. Shes an angel ❤️

Firstly I would like to thank ALL members of staff for your outstanding services. You all are extremely outstanding in your professions.
Doctor & nurses explained every processes of my surgery, medication and after care in detail. Member of staff did a follow up call to make sure I was doing well once I was home.
Catering staff made sure I was fed. Hospital is very clean and well equipped.

Margaret and Neha have been amazing! In fact the whole team has from the physio on call coming in to fit a brace and get me moving to the kitchen staff who made me great tasting food! Everyone has made me comfortable and helped to ease pain and was very caring throughout! Amazing team

Brilliant experience at the Clementine Churchill Hospital, all of the staff made me feel calm before I went for surgery. A particularly huge thanks to nurses Rabina and Ethel who were patient, respectful and kind. At a time where you are particularly vulnerable they were very professional, reassuring and generous with their time.

Sister Julie Dominion is a phenomenal nurse who consistently demonstrated exceptional compassion and clinical expertise. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well cared for. She provided clear explanations and attentive support throughout our Son's surgery. Julie was respectful, excellent, skilful and efficient, taking the time to help put us at ease. She is a true asset to the hospital and wonderful person.

My Son wanted to thank her and that he really appreciated her help (due to his autism, he usually doesn't talk to others but she was very accommodating and he really enjoyed talking to her)
