Been with this practice for 17 years the reception team are awful every time a call is made to the practice it’s so challenging. What ever happened to caring staff. Sad times

My mother has recently been registered here as she has moved into a care home I’m really sorry to say I am so disappointed with the service provided firstly given an antibiotic that she had built an resistance too and secondly told he very rarely visits the home just phones even when the nurses at the home ask for a visit from the doctor , I suppose it’s because she’s unable to speak up for herself, and very vulnerable poor show you have a duty of care to every patient
