Receptionist was very rude and when I asked for advice on whether to have a vaccine before going on holiday she was making rude comments about me using it as an excuse for an appointment and saying I don't need them without consulting the doctor

I send/forward the same email every month for medication, and more often than not some of my medication is missing (different one's, not always the same item) I'm so confused how this can even happen. I've gone in to find on there system some of my emails are not there e.g. I'll have medication for June, with missing items, but the email I use to order they 'cant find'. I don't even understand how they cannot do this simple task of getting my medication sorted, all that has to happen is a few clicks. Embarrassing 😆

There's more luck spreading frozen butter on bread than getting any support from this place.

Both Donna and Sharon on reception are complete LEGENDS. Caring and compassionate and a credit to the health care profession. You girls have helped me more than you know and I am so grateful. Don't change! 🩷⭐️⭐⭐⭐⭐🩷

This centre has really gone down in my estimation. Dr Dubb is very much about saving money and not caring for the patient needs. Jane on reception is marvelous and is so understanding as well as caring. But once you get past reception, this ceases and I can only describe it as the focus is about getting you in and out as quickly as possible with minimal amount effort and cost, which is why we are looking to change doctors. The previous doctor took the time to understand your needs and never let you leave until you were happy with any prognosis. It very sad that the centre has got to this position but until Dr Dubb changes his ways towards patients then it will be at the detriment of the patients

Best doctors and front of house staff I've ever had. I've lived all around the country so have had lots of experience with GP surgeries and living with a Chronic pain condition. Even the staff on the telephone are really caring and friendly.
