Always had high quality qualifications provided from Safety Training Awards and can't fault their customer service. Any queries have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very supportive organisation

I would not call this a "charity"... Trying to make me pay a £49 membership in order to follow a course that I'm already paying for, is just another type of extorsion.
Also if you want to optimise your chances of finding a good job as a swimming teacher, maybe choose another "charity" like Swim England.
Some top of the range swimming schools claim that all their teachers are ASA qualified (Swim England). There must be a reason...

Utterly horrendous administrative staff. Take weeks, even months to process the smallest thing. It took them 2 months to process my membership. If your looking to choose which body to do your swim teacher training with I highly recommend you stay as far away from STA as humanly possible.
