The support I received from the Sanctuary hub from May - December 2024 has been incredible and I can't thank the team enough, especially Nicola & Kamila and David when he was there.

The only thing that bugged me a bit was that sometimes it wouldn't be open when I had a session booked and I wouldn't be informed that they were closed and so I would attend to have to come back home again in a taxi 5 mins later as they were closed.

But other than that, the support I received was second to none! Thank you so much, you have really helped me immensely and gave me a safe space when I needed it the most. Thanks Guys xx

I've always been nervous about seeking support for my mental health, so I was surprised by how at ease and comfortable I was within minutes of talking to the wonderful staff at the Sanctuary. They were completely non-judgemental and incredibly supportive, and I'm extremely grateful for the help I was given today.

I have needed some support for several months now. I have difficulty using a telephone at the best of time but trying to discuss something as personal as my mental health issues would have been impossible for me.

It was nice to be able to go IN to a place and to speak to someone face to face.

I was afraid to go in at first as I was not entirely sure what service was provided however the staff on duty were extremely friendly and helpful and I spent some much needed time chatting about the difficulties I am having at the moment.

It was a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff were extremely helpful. Whilst there I was able to find out more about the services they offer

Although I am only at the very beginning of my journey, when I left I felt better than I had done for months and it's reassuring to know that the service is quite literally around corner.
