I had such a brilliant experience at Provide via the Right to Choose pathway. Despite not meeting the criteria for the assessment I had been referred for I was still given lots of information and recommendations. Dr Masud is an exceptional doctor.

I cannot stress enough what amazing experience it was to visit. I saw Alan Speers and I have severe anxiety and had a panic attack in his room whilst being treated for CTS, he was so patient and calming, I’ve never felt so seen by a doctor before, he had all the time in the world to make me feel comfortable before moving on with treatment and I really hope I have him for my surgery.

What a fantastic service i attended with my daughter on 17.11.2023 for her ADOS and the staff are fantastic! The receptionist was genuinely kind, caring and constantly checking the patients were OK while they waited! I have never known a receptionist seem so welcoming. It was the consultant we saw first day at provide and I would not have known if he hadn't have told me as he was absolutely brilliant. The lady that saw my daughter was again so kind, welcoming and genuinely compassionate. It was unbelievable, unfortunately i cant remember any of their names as i had alot to take in but between them all they made the whole process feel as easy and comfortable as they could and I left feeling like a weight had been lifted. Thank you all so much!

Wow, my son got diagnosed with ASD yesterday. We drove down from Liverpool, i can whole heartily say it was worth every second of time travelling and I’d do it again.
I’ve never felt so comfortable or at ease being around specialist. The 3 specialists told me all I needed to know and more! No question was too much. I will recommend provide well-being to all other sen parents who are struggling with wait times through the nhs! This clinic and these 3 specialist have opened up so many doors for my son so he get the help he needs and deserves! Also from my first phone call to provide to the day of diagnosis the whole process took 16 weeks! We will definitely be back again for other services.

Had a no scalpal vasectomy sunday morning. Went in expecting the worst as terrified of needles. They told me of the vocal local idea and with that, I didnt even notice the needle, slight discomfort a couple times which went quickly, overall went very well.
