These guys and girls are doing their best, they were very kind to me and polite, the service was second to none and I had a quick and painless blood drawing session.
If only it was sign posted better as it is tucked away in a walk way in the BUS station. I walked past the walk way twice and was late for my appointment, the staff were understanding so the signage is a known problem.

My wife had a blood test Friday 20th Sept. Truly appalling experience from the moment she went in. Trouble finding the vein resulting in absolute agony from the moment the needle went in to eventually being withdrawn. The nurse responsible needs to be retrained. After 5 days my wife still has massive black bruising. Would give minus stars if possible.

Excellent NHS experience. Short waiting time, friendly staff, and professional care throughout. A tricky place to find using Google maps, as the location pin shows it in the wrong place (I have edited it) but it can be found in the walkway between the theatre and the bus station! Signage nearby could perhaps be better, but the centre itself was great.

Had a blood test today and went straight in. I’m needle-phobic and the lady could not have been nicer about it. She took her time and was super friendly despite it being busy.

Absolutely incompetent, never answer the phone. Call back days later and lie about what they have and haven’t done. We had a genuine issue post birth and has been made 10 times worse by the direct actions of this poor clinic. Will never use this maternity clinic again, stay away!

Quick, easy and very professional service. My veins usually hide at blood test time and are buggers to find, but this place wins every time. Is local and convenient too.
