Absolutely lovely care home. All the staff are so caring and take pride in what they do for the residents. Halstead Hall was always immaculate and very welcoming when I visited my mother over the past three and half years. The love and support that was given to me by the staff when mum passed away was superb.

Called the home to enquire about my aunt who has been in the home for some time now, and was very impressed by the care she had received. She told me this herself in a phone conversation,, and l was enthralled as she was very active still at 93.She was 95 this year, and means a lot to me for her help over the years with family matters, also many others. She is a very modest lady, and not given to much ado. Thank you so much, for all you have done for her, words can't describe really.

Fantastic Care Home. What made it so good was the Staff for looking after my Mother -in -Law. We got regular phone calls with updates because we cant visit very often because of Covid-19 and we talked every day on the phone with her. 5 Stars for us.
