I have been seeing Josh Harvey for 7 months now, post ankle surgery back in February from an injury playing rugby. He has been absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend him enough! My recovery has had it's fair share of set-backs but Josh has always reassured me and adjusted my recovery plan to ensure that I continue to make progress, pain free. He has consistently checked-in at the start of our appointments, to determine the best course of action on the day whether that be getting in the gym or receiving treatment for a problem area. He has gone above and beyond to see me at a time that suits me or on short notice and has always made me feel comfortable. He is clearly able to explain what he will be doing at each appointment and if he is unsure, has asked my consultant for a second opinion to ensure that the plan we have is not going to impact my recovery. Without a doubt, I would not be back on a rugby pitch without him - thank you so much!

I have been training for London Marathon and had issues with my leg/knee and was recommended to speak with Reflex 18. Can safely say it’s the best decision I’ve made. Working with Josh has enabled me to get my leg/knee back into shape so that I can train again. Really knowledgeable and friendly, highly recommend 🙏🏼

Wonderful experience and friendly staff.
While receiving treatment I was treated with absolute care. An issue I'd been dealing with for years, which I received multiple unsuccessful steroid injections for, was resolved here, in just a few sessions. Thank you so much to Josh for taking the time to listen and help where I needed.

I have been going to the clinic for about a year now , initially for a knee injury when I saw Josh Condon , the consultation I received was excellent and after a few treatments was soon back to normal .
I train a few times a week and recently felt I need some joint and muscle maintenance . I was feeling a bit stiff and and stressed out , so I returned to Reflex 18 to have a deep tissue , where I saw Tyler Dunning , again the treatment I have received has been extremely effective and am now feeling much stronger and my mobility is back to normal.
I cannot recommend this fabulous clinic enough , the practitioners are very knowledgeable, professional and extremely approachable which made me feel very confident in all the treatments I have received.
