The pharmacist today was really quite rude suggesting I had caused her more work by wanting to pay for my private prescription rather than buy one item separately. She told me she had to relabel the items! Big task which took her over 15 mins. Really
Poor attitude with another member of staff clearly trying to calm her down. No one chooses to need medication and every customer deserves patience and courtesy.

I'm giving 3 stars. If you get the right pharmacist they are very helpful and friendly but I've taken off 2 stars as nobody ever answers the phone.
