My daughter became poorly whilst we were on holiday in Sidmouth. We were given an appointment and got to see the nurse the same morning of speaking to someone. Absolutely amazing service and the team were so helpful and kind. Particularly the front desk team making the appointment and Sarah the nurse. She spent time finding the right medication for my daughter and gave her some spare stickers to help her take her medicine course for tonsillitis. I just wish my very own doctors practice was like this! Well done everyone. Also practice so clean and tidy and everyone very happy which counts for so much! Thank you for helping us ?☀️

I’ve had a couple of appointments with Dr Rachael Sympson, and I have to say she’s gone above and beyond to help. And I’ve also had follow up appointments with one of the nurses called Lisa who also was very thorough and very helpful too .

I had a routine telephone appointment with my newly allocated GP this morning. My previous GP departed last year and this was my first encounter with my new Doctor.

I was impressed. She was well informed and had updated herself on my medical history. I felt listened to, unrushed and the advice & medical pathway was described with clarity.

Given the pressures the NHS is under at the moment I feel privileged to have this service on my doorstep.

I took a foreign national to the surgery with a minor injury. Excellent service from the receptionist who managed quickly to
complete the registration process. The nurse who treated the young man was brilliant and efficient. The patient stated the service received was more than would have been expected in Scandinavia.

Excellent experience had to access urgent treatment whilst on holiday in the area, called through early in the morning to a very helpful receptionist, i was sent by a nurse practitioner at 11.00am the same day
. The nurse was thorough giving excellent treatment and she really took her time to reassure and i felt that she genuinely cared.

On December 30th I brought my sister (who was visiting me) to the medical centre in a desperate attempt to get help for an infection. A local pharmacist, 111, and her own doctor were unable to help but the team here were a beacon of calm professionalism and helpfulness. We cannot praise both the receptionist and the nurse practitioner enough. Thank you.

Have recently moved to live in Sidmouth. Have found all the staff at the Practice, with whom I have come in contact, MOST helpful and friendly. Have now met my Dr. today and was delighted by my appointment - it could not have gone better!
